Primary treatment

The capacity of the tanks of the mechanical pretreatment system and the efficiency of coalescence separator depends on the washing technology used, the number of wash stations and the designed daily number of vehicles to be washed, their dimensions and degree of soiling.

AWAS PORTAL

The system includes:

• A sedimentation - separation tank (ZSS), available volumes: 5000 l, 7500 l, 10,000 l,
• Coalescence separator – recommended type: filterless separator (no replaceable elements and elements that might become clogged during operation) type: AWAS H – 1900, the most common separator efficiencies: 6 l/s, 10 l/s,
• Sedimentation tank called a pretreated water tank (ZWP), available tank volumes: 5000 l and 7500 l.

AWAS RC

The system includes:

• A sedimentation - separation tank (ZSS), available tank volumes: 7500 l, 10,000 l,
• Coalescence separator – recommended separator type: AWAS H – 1900, the most common separator efficiencies: 6 l/s,10 l/s,
• Suspension separation tank (ZOZ), the most commonly used volume: 7500 l,
• Sedimentation tank called a pretreated water tank (ZWP), the most commonly used tank volume: 7500 l.
